# Invite team members

1. Go to the page where you can [manage your teams](https://sqr.co/teams-system)
2. Click on "My teams"
3. Select one of your teams
4. Click the "+ Invite member" button
5. Enter the email of your new member *(this can be an excisting SQR account or a new one)*
6. Select what permissions you would like your new member to have
7. Click the "Invite via email" button and your new member will get an email with the unique invite link
