# The status of my domain is still pending

The status of your domain is pending when you edit or submit your domain.

Normally after you submit a new domain it can take up to 24 hours to be active in your dashboard and for the DNS to be fully synced. 

If it took longer than one business day for us to reach out to you and the domain is still pending, please [contact us](https://sqr.co/contact) for an update.
