# SSL of my custom domain is not working

It can take up to 24 hours for your SSL to be fully synced

After your custom domain has the **Active** status, it can take up to 24 hours for your SSL certificate to be fully synced and ready. You can see the [**status of your SSL here**](https://tools.sqr.co/tools/ssl_lookup). Fill in your custom domain name in the Host input and hit the Submit button to see if everything is set up correctly. If you still have problems with your SSL certificate please shoot us a message via our [contact form](https://sqr.co/contact) and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
