Click on the dynamic short link you want to add to a project or click on the 3 dots icon and select Edit from the dropdown
In the tab "Advanced", you will see a dropdown and there you can select the project you want to connect your short link to.
If you didn't create a project yet you can click on the "+ Create project" and after you create your project come back to select that new project from the dropdown
